Garage deck and stair fascia and supporting beams in need of cleaning and repainting.
First, the facade and garage doors not in need of paint were cleaned with soap and water. The beams, where not needing paint, also cleaned. Fascia board scraped. Used tarp to catch paint chips. Fascia sanded and dusted. Primed then painted.
The facade now looks clean and sharp. Client satisfied.
